saturday thoughts.
i just got the new bright eyes album and its got an effing decoder! that's pretty ridiculous/amazing.. i'm kind of in love with it. also, sherri and stacy from eisley sing on the record, which i realized after opening/listening to it. their voices are incredible. (p.s. i can't wait for the new eisley record to come out this year. i've been waiting very impatiently for awhile now.)
i also bought annie on dvd today. yes, really. i think i get inspired to buy these childhood favorites after being at work. last week megan was playing the ET soundtrack in her class, and i heard it, then later went out and bought ET at target. yesterday, darrah (the dance teacher) played "its the hard-knock life" during dance class.. and what do i do? i go buy annie! the good news is that since they are old movies they are cheap. plus it looks like annie has some amazing special features ("act along with annie!") ....
i saw the host last night. since i had absolutely no expectations whatsoever .. it was pretty good! i was expecting the sea monster to give me nightmares, but instead i just had a dream about ryan from the office (what?!). also, the beginning reminded me of "little miss sunshine" in the sense that the family was completely dysfunctional/hilarious.
andrea is coming over so i need to clean the bathroom (that's about the only thing i haven't cleaned in the apartment today!) .. byeeeee!
