Falcons of north Wildwood

As you cross the bridge into North Wildwood, there are two bird nests to the South. I am fairly certain these are falcons. Each nest had a mother and father I believe. In both cases, one stayed in the nest, and the other was off gathering branches and twigs. I would not be surprised if there were babies in there. or eggs.
