The Jermz experiment

This week has been crazy at work. I've been so busy doing things that I haven't had any time to do my usual pyramids in the rafters, so I've resorted to alternative methods. I've been acting in a way that Damian describes as being "anime." I don't know what that means, but lately I've started doing average things in unusual ways. For instance, instead of going up the stairs, I climb up the pole or a hanging chain to the second floor of the shop. Instead of opening the door to the truck and getting in, I jump in through the window. Instead of being quiet and aloof, I changed my demeanor to more closely match my co-workers. So far things are getting more interesting, but as a result, I have several cuts and bruises all over my body and now I am very tired. Perhaps next week, I'll tone down the experiment to the point where I'll sustain less injury but still have fun.

If everyone is up to it, I'd like to go on another "adventure." If I have enough expendable cash, I'll get some climbing equipment so that we can go to more places that we were unable to go before like the giant ring of cacti. If we go tomorrow like usual, we won't need to use any special equipment.

This year, I have a roommate from France. Apparently, they are sending all of the foreign exchange students to me for some reason. I suppose if they are spies, they will acquire false information about typical Americans by studying my behavior.
