It's been two weeks since I started bar study, and I can already say that this is the worst conceivable way to test the competency of a potential attorney. So far, I've been led on a whirlwind trip through three (or is it four) subjects, and I don't KNOW ANY of them. Nothing. And that's the entire summer, moving from subject to subject in a matter of days, with no opportunity to actually absorb or learn any of them.
To be completely frank, I can see how people fail...it's not a test of knowledge, it's a test of memory and ability to learn rapidly.
Okay.
Back to work.
