Ice Dust - A sword slash upwards that unleashes ice shards (Water | Aerial)
Spin Rush - A spinning sword slash that travels far [see: Tempest] (Aerial)
Tri Dipper - a sword slash that travels upwards, a more standard forward slash, then a downward slash (Aerial)
Pile Smash - a quick succession of thrusts followed by a quick downward then upward slash

Hail Zapper - sword slash that travels upward, then a sword slash downward that unleashes five ice needles (Water | Aerial)
Gengetsuga [Musha] - two upward slashes
Hienrenzan [Musha] - two quick forward slashes
Haou Senbujin [Musha] - Downward slash, followed by two forward slashes, two upward slashes, then a jump into the air to bring down a sword slash that breaks a bit of earth [the final downward slash can be postponed when using this arte continuously]
Judgement Anchor [Pirate] - Summons an anchor falling from the sky (Water)
Flash Hornet [Pirate] - Slashes downward, leaving behind an crescent-shaped after image of said slash [see similar: Leon's Moon Glare]
Sea Punisher [Pirate] - Forward slash for waves, then an upward traveling slash to bring up more water (Water)
Cross Edge [Quest] - two forward slashes in a cross shape (Aerial)
Garuda Wing [Quest] - Flies upward in a bird shaped image [see similar: Ruca's Razing Phoenix] (Aerial)
Freeze Rondo [Quest] - Jumps into the air, the thrusts down sword to unleash a field of ice shooting upwards [See similar: Guardian Field] (Water | Aerial)
Senretsu Knock / Reaper's Knock - Karol's Reaper's Knock as done by Keroro. Tosses a baseball into the air then knocks it out of the park. Can occasionally miss and will trip. [Keroro's JPN seiyuu also voices Karol in Tales of Vesperia, thus the shared arte]
Magical Artes
Bubble Bomb - Shoots a bouncing water bubble that bursts and explodes on contact (Water)
Heal - Heals 30% of max HP to one ally
Light Heal - Heals 50% of max HP to one ally
Crystal Bit - ice shards shoot forward toward enemy targets [see: Freeze Lancer] (Water)
Mystic Arte
Final Keron Star - initiated by downward then upward slash. Flies and thrusts through enemies in a star shape, then flies above to deliver the final downward strike

Tamama Impact - Tamama's standard attack, shoots an energy ball from his mouth (Aerial)
Storm Claw - a rising kick similar to a falcon's claw (Aerial)
Dead Upper - two punches then an uppercut
Earth Shake - Punches the ground which creates a forward spike from the earth (Earth)
Chakra - focuses energy to heal 15% of max HP to himself
Hell's Beat - four punches forward, then one sucker punch/fist slap? In the air, the final punch changes to a downward kick (Aerial)
Heart Breaker- a focused pose, then a very quick punch to the chest [assuming you're as tall as he is anyway]
Earthquake - powered up Earth Shake. Jumps in the air, then dives to the ground with a punch, creating a much larger forward spike from the earth (Earth)
Demon's Beat - powered up Hell's Beat. Much quicker succession of punches followed by a large uppercut. IN the air, the uppercut changes to a cross chop (Aerial)
Soul Chakra - focuses energy to heal 15% of max HP to all party members (Water)
Full Metal Body - A MUSCLE MAN POSE that turns him into steel, preventing staggering from enemy attacks but reduces physical defense
Tenchisouga [Musha] - jumps slightly into the air to bring down his lance, following it up with a upward slash with it.
Shishifunjin [Musha] - Twirls his lance over his head which can damage enemies, then strikes the butt of the lance into the ground. Raises physical attack
Bushin Senkouha [Musha] - Jumps into the air then launches a large downward slash followed by a large forward slash with his lance
Meteor Divide [Pirate] - jumps into the air, flips in place, then downward smash with his axe (Aerial)
Tyrant Axe [Pirate] - positions his axe then an upward swing
Cyclone Inferno [Pirate] - swings his axe around and around like a tornado, finishing it with a upwards swing which causes him to fall backwards with the axe landing. [the fallback can be negated temporarily at the upwards swing when using this arte continuously]
Shadow Edge [Quest] - an aerial forward jump kick followed by a downward kick (Aerial)
Dragon Rush [Quest] - two punches, two kicks, a flurry of punches ending with a shoulder hit.
Hades Rave [Quest] - focuses energy into his palms, then releases it forward in an energy dome [see: Chun-li's Kikoushou Seriously, this is totally a shout-out to her, I will bet my life on it]
Ikasu Hip - Mighty Kongman's Ikasu Hip as done by Tamama. Jumps into the air and lands a butt attack. [Tamama and Kongman are somewhat similar as fighters although they do not share the same seiyuu] (Aerial)
Magical Artes
Clearance - cures all negative status effects on one ally
Curse Force - lowers one enemy's physical attack
Curse Wall - lowers one enemy's physical defense
Mystic Arte
Chou Shittodama/Jealousy Ball - initiated with a single punch. leaps into the air to gather all of his jealous rage into a huge energy ball, then launches it at enemies.

Flare Impact - tosses a couple of grenades that explode on contact (Fire)
Rapid Shoot - Shoots three times in a semi-rapid fashion despite the name
Blast Flare - fires a rocket launcher at an enemy (Fire | Aerial)
Muzzle Rush - much more rapid shooting at an enemy (Aerial)
Snipe End - brings out a large sniper rifle and fires, knocking back enemies
Shock Sphere - fires an electrified ball of energy that can paralyze enemies (Aerial)
Split Line - fires lasers that spread out (Aerial)
Venom Sphere - fires a poison imbued energy sphere, capable of poisoning enemies (Aerial)
Blast Rain - fires a rocket launcher full of missiles that rain on enemies. (Fire)
Burst Limit - tosses a mine, then detonates it with a push of a button (Fire)
Burn Blaze - ... more or less uses a flamethrower (Fire)
Drag Phantom - Fires remote guns that fire at enemies
Gouenshou [Musha] - fires a burst of flames from a makeshift hand cannon... dealie. It can knock enemies back and also causes him to be knocked back a bit (Fire)
Gurenhoubaku [Musha] - fires a cannonball that creates a large explosion (Fire)
Hajin Bajugekiga [Musha] - fires an energy ball into the air, causing a rain of fireballs (Fire)
Instant Threat [Pirate] - fancy gunplay shooting (Aerial)
Raging Rush [Pirate] - shoots at the enemies feet upwards
Break Storm [Pirate] - shoots rounds stored in his clothes
Blaze Lance [Quest] - rockets forward to swings down on an enemy, then jumps back (Fire)
Soul Fafner [Quest] - pulls out a launcher and fires a dragon shaped flame
Ancient Requiem - Van's Ancient Requiem as done by Giroro. An aura surrounds Giroro as he gathers energy into his hand, thrusting it forward to release it. It can knock enemies back [Giroro's JPN seiyuu also voices Van Grants in Tales of the Abyss, thus the shared arte. It's nowhere near as flashy, but it is still quite powerful]
Magical Artes
Flare Blitz - a fireball shoots towards an enemy (Fire)
Flame Cross - a cross shaped flame appears where the enemy is at (Fire)
Resurrect [Quest] - revives one KOd ally with at least 10% of max HP
Mystic Arte
Dendoro Giroro Full Burst - calls on his mecha to crash through enemies before getting into it, leaving a storm of rockets to fall. Then he flies through the enemies once more, leaving behind a trail of flames.

Kuuga - a forward slash traveling upwards a bit (Aerial)
Tenchi - disappears then reappears in the air, spinning downward with his sword [see: Crow Blade] (Aerial)
Tenku - Increases battle speed of one party member [presumably; a cursor appears when you can target different party members but the arte activates very fast so you probably wouldn't get it to the right character on time. the video says himself so it might be true]
Reppuu - a flurry of forward slashes (Wind | Aerial)
Zekku - lowers battle speed one one enemy
Tsukikaze - an upward slash, and standard slash and a downward slash in order (Wind | Aerial)
Senpuu - a flip kick that launches an enemy into the air (Wind | Aerial)
Juujikourin - creates an energy shuriken then throws it at an enemy (Aerial)
Battou - a quick hit and back jump that can steal items from enemies
Hayate - a diving kick plus a rising kick/slash in a V angle (Aerial)
Souga - a forward dashing slash. in the air, it is more of a downward dashing slash (Aerial)
Kodama/Ninpou Kodama [Musha] - calls forth the spirits of the earth to attack enemies with vines and other plant life (Earth)
Doukusen Jiraiya/Ninpou Jiraiya [Musha] - calls forth the frog spirit to breath poisonous gas at enemies, occasionally poisoning them [see: Suzu's Summon: Jiraiya]
Fuuga Senkijin [Musha] - creates a tornado vortex below an enemy's feet (Wind)
Hiken Fuubaku [Pirate] - jumps into the air to throw four kunai. It can occasionally paralyze enemies. (Aerial)
Jinpuu Renzan [Pirate] - slashes enemies upwards into the air, then appears in the air to kick enemies downward. In the air, the kunai slash in downwards, followed by a kick into the air. [this arte can be used to continuously slash the enemies up and down without the kicks] (Wind | Aerial)
Kaiju Kirisame/ Ninpou Kaiju Kirisame [Pirate] - calls the spirits of healing to cure negative status effects of all allies
Usoteku [Quest] - creates an after image, then both cross thrust/slashes forward followed a diagonal cross slash (Aerial)
Kagutsuchi/Ninpou Kagutsuchi [Quest] - calls on the spirits of fire to create an explosion around himself (Fire)
Raikou/Ninpou Raikou [Quest] - disappears in an electric field, appears for two upward slashes, then a downward slash and finishing with a downward thrust that creates an electric field. (Wind | Aerial)
Shishisenkou/Beast - Cless's Beast as done by Dororo. Grabs an enemy, punches it then forces the enemy back with a beast's force. [Dororo's JPN seiyuu also voices Cless/Cress/wtfever in Tales of Phantasia, thus the shared arte]
Magical Artes
Wind Shoot - fires three wind blades (Wind)
Brave Storm - creates a tornado that flies across the field (Wind)
Mystic Artes
Zero Jigenzan/Zero Dimension Slash - Dons his Assassin armor then disappears, creating six cross cuts. He reappears twirling his katana then sheathing it, letting the severed dimension collapse on itself.
