This fucking guy on my street is like off the godamn set of the dawn of the dead. He is outside standing with a baffled look on his face, in the pouring rain playing with his car alarm by setting it off and then reseting it and setting it off again. For really more then five minutes and counting. Then he goes inside the car alarm goes off because its parked by a tree and its raining so stuff is falling on it so the alarm goes off. This guy comes running out and checks then resets the alarm so that he can repeat the cycle over and over again. Id go out and kick his ass but he might bit me and if I get bit ill become a dipshit car alarm guy too. Minus the whole car and whatnot but the premise is there.
