In other news, I still don't know a person who doesn't love Mythbusters. I know people who haven't seen it, and people who have (and love it).
Which is why I want to point everybody in the direction of
toft's Straight Man, a Mythbuster's RPF (the author calls it a RPS, but despite a itsy bitsy hint the thing is gen -- or
queerlygen, actually). Jamie tells Adam something about himself. Adam perhaps doesn't react too well. It makes an uncomfortable read (in a good way), and was very IC, at least for the Adam and Jamie's on-screen personas we viewers know.
