Corn fields around us are being harvested.

Sunny day today.

Took the truck in for oil change. Have to take it back monday. Serpentine belt is starting to crack and the rear pinion is leaking. The cost will kill my next paycheck. $425 estimated for me. *sighs*

Mom and I worked on cutting wood after lunch. It doesn't take long to get tired cutting. I think my back will be sore tomorrow. Still have a bunch of wood I want to get cut up so I can mow that area.

Snowed a bit today. Not a whole lot, but enough to annoy. Covered the driveway easily. Less in town when I picked up Mom after she got done with work. Cleared off, mostly. It was a bit windy at times, too.

Getting down to the end of the wood for the wood furnace. This is including all of the wood I've cut up this winter.
