Twilight Sparkle

Triple digit heat today. Miserable outside, A/C going since this morning. Sunny, humid, and a very light breeze.

Changed Butter's water a couple of times. She needed the cold water in this heat.

Turkey burgers on the grill tonight were good. ^_^

Finally, some rain. Rain this morning, and some rain this evening.

The smell of cooking tomatoes permeated the house all day. Nice.

Worked on putting the cement blocks into position for the new doghouse/shed. Have to make them level and that takes some fiddling.

The sun returns. Warmer today.

Dad went to my aunt's wedding anniversary. My Elder brother and his kids were ther. (Only reason he went, I think.) Mom and I stayed home.

Watched the final round of the Open Championship. It was really good.

Today's experiment with pork chops in the slow cooker was good.

Sunny, cold, and windy today. Though, there was some snow melt. (and idiots on snowmobiles. If they went through the hay field (which has very little snow) then we will be real pissed.)

I actually missed the rick-rolling during the macy's parade. (I was washing some dishes, and Dad didn't have the parade on the kitchen tv.

The dinner was great. Plus there was pie. ^_^

Wind was very gusty today. Temperature wasn't too cold, though the wind made it unpleasant.
