List the first lines from your last twenty fics -- not necessarily in order.
I have one that I just finished but hasn't yet been posted so I'll start with:
1) SPN Gemini: Encountering Elementals -- Sam idly tapped his fingers on the steering wheel to the beat of Boston's "Long Time" and announced, "Chicago City Limits."
2) Marvel Comics/SGA Heroes AU: Ultimate End -- It is in the lore of every human world in the Milky Way. The herald arrives, bringing disaster in her wake.
3) SPN Gemini/Elemental Who: Bonds of Friendship -- After an extremely filling room service breakfast, the Winchester brothers headed into their bedroom to pack.
4) SPN: Letting -- Red. All Sam could see was red.
5) SPN: White Knight -- Perspective is a funny thing.
6) DW Forever AU: Triptych -- Donna stood alone in the control room, turning dials and flipping switches. The best part about being a Time Lady, she decided, definitely had to be being able to pilot the TARDIS by herself.
7) SGA AU: Of Mermaids and Atlanteans -- Long time ago, so the story goes, a philosopher named Plato wrote of a civilisation called Atlantis. He said it was very advanced, very prosperous. But, because of the wickedness of her people, the gods sent a great deluge, and the entire city sank beneath the waves in a single night.

The letter arrived with the Friday mail and threw a lightning bolt into the middle of the Monkees' world. Instantly Davy got on the phone with Micky while Mike just closed his eyes and sent an image of the letter and its contents to Peter.
12) SPN Mileage AU: Pride of Life -- (NOTE: wasn't sure about this one, since it starts with a scene from another fic, so I put both it and the first 'NOW' line.)

Bobby stepped onto the porch to see a familiar ebony Impala pulling into the yard. "Well, it's about time--" he began, then the rest of the sentence died in his throat.

He bombed into his house and straight down the stairs, flinging his backpack with enough force that it created a crack as it hit the wall and sagged down into the corner.

It didn't get much better than this, Davy reflected as he walked down the warm sand. A quiet evening, a cool breeze, and a bit of solitude was sometimes all he needed to get his head screwed on straight after an insane week.

15) SPN: Half Birthday -- When Sam Winchester was five years old, he landed in a class where the teacher was reading "Alice's Adventures In Wonderland". She showed the class a bit of the animated movie, where the characters were singing about "A Very Merry Un-Birthday".
16) SPN: Looking After Sammy -- Sometimes, John reflected as he let himself into the small apartment they were renting, he wondered if it wasn't easier to be hunting full-time.
17) DW: I Remember -- Recorder. Long rainbow scarf. Cricket stripes. Coat of many colours. Leather and jeans. Trainers. Bow ties and fez.
18) SPN: Master of Distraction -- Sam blinked when Dean brought what looked like a massive loaf of burned bread to the table. It seemed to be oozing with butter over the top, but it didn't smell burned at all. As a matter of fact, it smelled... sweet. "What the...."
19) DW: Best Friend's Gift -- There were so many who passed through her doors. Human, non-human, all of them beloved by her Thief. Even those who had no real right to be were beloved.
