I bought and assembled this really cool thing for the kiTTies that attaches to the window sill. This way, Chuck spends less time straddling the back of the couch, which is good or bad depending on your preference.
I have to go to the dentist in a little while. Surely there's an easier way to have a healthy mouth. Someone needs to get on that.
Banana Republic is going well. There's a training guide for selling the BR card... it actually tells you what to say when someone tells you that they prefer getting airline miles by using a different credit card. That's nice.
Selling a product solely for the benefit of the product's company is a little bit manipulative. The thing is, I'm supposed to believe deep down that the product is good for the customer too. But I know via personal experience how evil credit cards can be. Either way, purposefully manipulating a customer is not my idea of good customer service.
Bonnaroo. I could write a book. People are crazy. I'll spare you the details by just saying that, due to heat, dirt, and allergies, I was only slightly miserable 5% of the time. It was mostly a great experience with good music and even better people-watching opportunities.
