I borrowed a bass from my brother to futz around with.  When one of us buys strings, I can borrow his guitar.  They should keep me out of trouble until my classes start.

P.S.  I already found the bass tabs for Ziggy Stardust.  I'm way obsessed.  Now I just need "Bass for Dummies," and I'll be ready to go.
