The website for the organization, Help for Adult Victims of Child Abuse, has a great table showing some of the aspects and stages of recovery.  These can also apply to child witnesses of abuse and seem to overlap with adult children of alcoholics issues as well.  It's good to remember where I've been, to chart some of my progress, and to see where I could do some more work.
