Part 1:

Should I

A) buy the ebook version of Mockingjay

B) drive out to Barnes and Noble and buy the hard copy of Mockingjay

???

Part 2:

A) wait until Thursday evening to buy Mockingjay so that I don't stay up all night reading it and then have to go to work the next day

B)  buy it ASAP!!!! bc OMG how can I wait that long!!!!

???

Part 3:

We have decided that we are going to have games and toys available in the library for patrons to use.  They will not circulate, but patrons will have to check them out for use in the library by leaving their library card or ID with us (much like how people "check out" our study rooms).  Should we:

A) Have a list of games and toys available posted at the desk?

B) Have a binder with color pictures of each toy/game for patrons to flip through posted at the desk?

C) Use the empty shelves by the CDroms to post lamintated pictures/cards/whathaveyou that the kids can take up to the desk* and give to the librarian (along with their card) in exchange for the item?

UPDATE:  sorry all, I should have made it clear:  the games and toys are going to be geared towards 2-12 year olds (with the focus being on the middles of those ages: 5-9) and will be located in the children's library.  Like most children's libraries, we try to walk that fine line between encouraging kids to learn to be independent, and encouraging parental supervision when it's clearly needed.  So we are aiming for the system to be easy and logical enough for kids 5 and up to be able ask for the toys and games without adult help if their parents wish, while we expect preschoolers and younger to always need some assistance.

Also, thanks for all the suggestions :)

make up your mind!
