Torchwood Series 4~
Obligatory Torchwood series 4 reaction post:
I am excited about it. Not as excited as I was about Children of Earth before it aired, but I'm glad we'll get to see the characters again. Yes, my favorite character died, and I was pissed/heart broken they killed 3/5ths of the main cast I loved so much in the span of 5 episodes. But I really want to see more of Gwen and Rhys. And of course Andy, if they have him back! (Tom's tweet makes me hopeful)
I have mixed feelings about CoE- I really liked it, but it was too srs business for Torchwood. I'd like for them to return to a series 2 level- still cracky, but more cohesive as a series and better written than series 1.
It will be interesting to see how they handle baby!Williams and this world travel business. And they better be airing this stuff same-day if the US is paying for part of it! Yay for having Starz.
(and I completely understand the people who aren't going to be watching, btw. I hate that it creates such a divide in fandom. Different strokes for different folks.)
