So...what's just as entertaining (and hilarious to boot) as Harry Potter? A Very Potter Musical, of course. And what's better than AVMP? A Very Potter Sequel!!! It was released on YouTube last night, and it is the funniest thing I've seen in AGES. I'm only about halfway through the first act, but I've been quite entertained thus far.
Conductor: "This way to Platform Nine, this way to Platform Ten. There is nothing in between."
Harry: "Uh, can you tell me where Platform 9 3/4 is?"
Conductor: "You're the 700th child to ask me that today!"
Ron: "What is the best candy?"
Harry and Ron: "Red Vines!"
Ron: "What is the best way to say Red Wines in German?"
Harry and Ron: "Red Vines!"
Ron: "Where have you been all my life?"
Harry: "In a cupboard under the stairs."
Ron (seeing Hermione for the first time): Night Troll!!!!!
A Death Eater overtakes the Candy Trolly lady on the train and has his wand pointed at Harry (who is oblivious) and Lupin disarms him, but breaks his wand...he's upset, and is like "At least I still have--" and holds up an empty beer bottle, then sees a wet spot on his pants. He bends down and sniffs and goes "Oh no, that's piss. Have I been drinking piss?!"
(later)
Harry: "What are death eaters?"
Lupin: "...Hardass dickheads"
(Harry, Ron, Hermione cover their ears and gasp)
Lupin:"What? Oh Shit!"
(they cover ears again)
Lupin: "You guys are kids! I need to watch my damn mouth around you little bastards!"
(ears covered again)
Malfoy: "You must be Harry Potter, the famous bastard. My name is Draco Malfoy. I am a racist, I despise Gingers and mudbloods. I hate Gryffindor house and my parents work for the man who killed your parents. Do you want to be friends?"
Harry: "You hate Gryffindor house? Get out of my face Malfoy!"
(Pushes Malfoy on ground, everyone else gasps)
Malfoy: "You are not permitted to touch! Crabbe! Goyle!"
Goyle: "Who dares to disturb my slumber?!?"
Malfoy: (referring to Ron and Hermione) "Shake them!" (they shake them) "Do you like seeing your little friends being tortured Potter? Now do you want to be my friend?"
Harry: "Never! Torture them all you want!"
Malfoy: "No one undermines Draco Malfoy!"
Dumbledore: "Sit down Malfoy, you little shit! If you don't sit down right now, I'll spank your diapered tush!"
*snort*
I'm quite easily amused, but even moreso today for some reason. I love the little girl who plays Malfoy, she's so fun to watch!
