Wednesday afternoon I was starving....didn't get to eat anything until early afternoon, and when I did it was a bowl of dry cereal. Made a noodle thing for dinner. Total calories for the day were right around 750, and 300 of that was from sodas! Yesterday was under 500. I was so hungry by dinner time but too tired to cook, and the hunger just died away after awhile, so awesome, now I know if I can make it through the hunger-induced tummy ache, it all just fades away. I woke up this morning feeling refreshed and happy and not hungry at all. Maybe this was the boost I needed to follow a calorie-plan?
