Fanime Come and Gone, and...Hey, Shiny!

So Fanime was fun, as usual. I actually didn't buy as much stuff as I usually do, though even at that I'm pretty sure I bought too much. Still, since $120 of that was hotel-type money, I'm not really complaining. Although the 9-hour drive each way was kind of mind-numbing. The cat is ecstatic that I'm home and hasn't left my side. I'm feeling a little stressed out about things, such as my plan to move my furniture this weekend and the possibility that I might need surgery (long story short, there are some odd lumps in my gut and the doctor might want to biopsy them).
