And school was cancelled for today, so no festival today. They tell me they're trying to reschedule for next Tuesday, which may be problematic as I have rehearsal that night (and will be missing the next rehearsal). OTOH, if the schedule runs late, I'll just have DB fill in for the last round of escorting; or it may be a Chelsea ensemble which won't need an escort once they're in performance.
We wound up with 7-8 inches of cold, dry, snow, the kind that drifts. And it did! I got my tall winter boots out to go feed the birds this morning, and there are drifts over the top of them. There's some drifting across the driveway too (and we got another inch of snow after I shoveled last yesterday), and I should shovel that sometime today. OTOH, temperatures are supposed to get and stay warm this weekend, and be well above normal on Monday/Tuesday, so maybe I'll just let it melt....
