Yay for updates! zesty_pinto May 15 2006, 15:07:47 UTC
I'm surprised your household isn't laden with more Harley stuff, or a bike or two in the garage. I know having an employee's discount would make it too tempting not to.

Hehe....they actually have an employee Harley purchase plan....No payments for the first year, payments on the principal only for the second year, then normal payments from then on. Of course, they also have it so that after the second year you can trade the bike in and start all over again...

I've just never ridden before, and it's kinda scary.

Maybe you can get one of those three-wheelers? They certainly look a lot more stable, although I'm never sure if you can call them a real bike.

I really want to learn to ride a motorcycle. But I'm, also a bit chicken about it! lol Maybe when I get back to the states I'll give it a try.

I love Harley shirts. I got one my mom picked up from Sturgis that I've just about worn threadbare. *lol*

Awww....I'd LOVE to go to Sturgis. We send insurance agents every year, and I'm hoping to have my license in time to volunteer for the next one.

There's a Harley shop down in Santa Cruz I've never been to... I should go get you a shirt... :p I've got an older bike at home and was learning how to ride, and then I fell over and scraped my leg up and that pretty much scared me away from it. Talk about being a scaredy cat! Justin rides but only got as far as getting his permit... Then renewing it several times cuz he just didn't wanna go take the actual test. So his bike sits in the garage now, collecting dust and getting tipped over any time one of us pull too far into the space... Which is why the handlebars are now broken and the bike has to be fixed before he can go take his license test.... What was my point? Oh yeah! If you want a bike I'm not planning on riding anymore, now that I'm pregnant and won't be riding with the baby or anything... It needs some fixing up (mostly cosmetic, but you'd need new tires). There ya go, cheap beater bike before buying into an expensiveass Harley! :p

Hehe....I'm not actually sure if I want one or not...I'm so afraid I'd get hit by a car while riding it.
