Continuing on the trend of matrimonial soups this week... one of Will's favourites! It turned out very, very well. There's an excessive amount left over! It will make for veerrrrryyyy good leftovers. NOM.

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 carrots, peeled and chopped fine
• 2 ribs celery, chopped fine
• 1 medium onion, chopped fine
• 2 bay leaves

Two for one today! I made meat with an orzo & mushroom side dish. Will gifted me Yummy Soup, a cute Mac recipe program that imports from websites, has a built-in library and a nice full-screen mode for putting the laptop in a safe (splatter free) place while cooking.
