Stop 2 - STOP Making Excuses

Still making sense. Actually not a lot to say about this one.

Stop 3 - STOP Sitting on the Couch

This one was funny because it is exactly where I was when I read it!

Another mixed message: Check with your doctor to make sure you don't have to lose some weight first before you a)not use that as an excuse to b) Stop Sitting on the Couch!

The book so far is very clumsy, but the narrative makes you feel more comfortable about being hit in the head with the 'duh' mallot. Its telling you what to stop doing (hence the 'DUH!') but not a whole lot about how. During stop 2 he talks about being too busy, so he set his clock for 3:30 a.m. to start his excersize routine. Its great that he can do that, but I require sleep.
