Working out is really good (I'm hoping I wind up in the Appartments that're building a new gym down in AZ...). You already eat pretty healthy, so just don't worry quite so much about how much you eat. Besides, it is better to eat smaller amounts more frequently than a lot in one sitting. If you're hungry, just get somethin to hold you over until your next main meal. Seriously though, one good protein shake in the morning will do wonders and help build muscle so you'll have a more firm/solid tone.
