I decided to measure Emma today. When she turned one, she was 11 1/2 inches tall. She looks taller lately... so I thought, hrm... She's 13 1/2 inches tall!!!!!!!!!! She's grown two inches since her first birthday. Weird dog...

Neutering is SO much healthier for your little guy, and it keeps them from developing behaviors like marking and roaming... Plus, there are THOUSANDS of homeless JRT. It's really better to have them fixed. They're nicer pets, less stressed, and live longer lives.

Yes, unregistered dogs can participate in JRTCA trials. Recorded dogs can even participate in Nationals. My lil girl is spayed, but she can participate in anything I allow. My Dachshund can even go to some trials!

Nope, they're not showing up at all. Why do you want to breed him?

Hmm. I dunno why they aren't showing up. did you go to the actual community to look at them or just under friends? Let me know if they dont b/c i can e-mail them to you. Well, I dont belive i am going to breed him. I just thought it would be a nice exsperience. I have had ppl interested in him b/c he is CKC reg. And most around here are ACK. so they wanted to put him with their ACK and have a double reg. puppy..

Being registered doesn't mean that they're breeding quality, though. Lots of health and behavioral problems can show up in JRT, and with so many in shelters, I think (as do lots of folks who love the breed) that breeding dogs should be very carefully chosen. I hope you'll have him genetically tested and all before you decide whether you're going to breed him?

The pics aren't showing, either way. I don't know if they're showing for anyone else or not.
