And now, for an update
So, I've been productive. I had an "urge to purge" and totally cleaned out my place this weekend. Here are the spoils for the people at Goodwill:
Lots of stuff! Clothes, shoes, art supplies, yarn, etc etc etc.
And while I'm posting,
Ah, pretty lake! I spent lots of time sitting there on the beach, and I have like a million pictures that all look the same. Nice place, eh?
And here are my baby puppies, Rudy and Kobe. They really aren't babies -- Rudy is 11 and Kobe is 4, but they will always be baby puppies to me.
The big news while I was there was BEARS! In fact, a bear made the front page of the newspaper. They were planning a three-story feature on bears. So different from Seattle...

The finished upstairs bathroom (oo, spa like), the partially finished kitchen (I helped with lots of stuff here -- like laying the countertops and putting in knobs and fixtures and pot racks and such), and the nowhere near finished living room -- although the fireplace and windows are new:
