The laziest lazypuss in lazytown

Ursula among the tomatoes

Of course, it is only because I have been right next to her in laziness. Last night I found myself holding House of Leaves up to the mirror to read the reversed parts of the text. The book isn't freaking me out nearly as much as it was before; instead I am totally engrossed. BQ talked me out of my Honeycomb to have some supper in the front garden, so I grabbed a bottle of wine and headed over to share roasted corn and homemade Czech-style sour cherry pie. BQ, Manny, Robinson, Naeda and I talked and joked around the table, laughing and going on about the state of things like the old friends that we are. After that we settled in to watch a bizarre Taiwanese movie called The Hole. (I find it extra rad that the places where I spend most of my time-- Hanta, Wahya's & Honeycomb-- don't have televisions but do have movie projectors.) We snacked a bit on watermelon and popcorn seasoned with paprika and black pepper. I almost made it through the whole movie before I called it a night and made for bed. Almost.

But today we are reading and snacking again. What a good little creature I live with.
