The Disney couple loved the house and they liked it so much, they wanted to come back and look at it a second time that day! We had an offer that night for 165k from them. We counteroffered with full asking price of 169,9 and we would pay their closing costs. They accepted. Yesterday was their house inspection so I went to work with Trev for a few hours. Not sure how the inspection went but I can't imagine we will have many problems or big problems but we will see. We hope to close on Pine and Silver St homes on Feb. 18th. And we have Mayflower set to come and take all of our belongings on Feb. 17th so that when we close the next day the new family gets their keys and starts moving in! I am so excited for them, they are getting a really good home and we get to begin our next adventure!
Now, we need to soak up friend time and buy moving boxes and get ourselves packed!
