Goodbye 2020
This is it, today is the last day of 2020 and many are looking forward to 2021. I am not necessarily looking towards this new year with hope in 2021 but I am looking forward to this new year with the hope I have in Jesus Christ and what He will do with us. A new adventure awaits for the Horton family and Trevor and I are more then ready to start!
The showing we had didn't seem promising and we had no further showings scheduled, people don't seem to be interested enough to come out. It's either the 1 bathroom or the neighborhood itself and I might be leaning more towards the bathroom being the catalyst. So we decided to go with the 175k cash offer from the Sylvan Company, we think God handed that opportunity to us so we feel confident in taking it. I am so excited as we inch closer and closer to the end of our time here.
