Here we go again...

Hi, my name is Jenna, and I'm a carboholic.

I don't even LIKE pop-tarts, yet I ate four?! It's that kind of compulsive behavior that lets me know there is something wrong. I have terrific willpower, but when it comes to the hours after 10PM, I don't know what the hell happens!

So, I'm up about 5 lbs. 115 lbs at 5'4". Not bad a'tall, I just felt more svelte a few pounds of body fat ago.

Not freaking out, not worried, not really upset, not even self conscious.

Just determined. And bloated. But mostly just determined =)

Plan: "Detox" from simple carbs for at least a week. More fruits. No bar foods, and nothing I can grab by the handful (I'll miss you, popcorn and baked chips). Lower sodium (UL is ~2,300 mg, I'll go for <2,000).

And after I feel like I'm on the mend, I'll make a new journal (Blogger or Wordpress or something) that I'll update regularly, with real stuff (since I don't even really consider what I'm doing now "journaling."
