Ninja Post!
Got my review today. Got an "Excellent" on a scale of "Unacceptable" to "Distinguished" (Excellent was just below distinguished). My boss, yes, the same one I've had problems with in the past, told me that she was very impressed by my ability to not only listen, but to put in practice what I had been told. Figure that's one of the best compliments anyone could pay me.
And now that we've finally sorted things out, she's interviewing and will likely be leaving in the next couple weeks.
