Happy Birthday, JP!

Yesterday was JP's birthday, and we had a nice little celebration at home. Mack gave him a gift certificate and an order slip for a particular book
JP wanted since they were out of the particular book in question. That is nice because he never turns down a trip to the bookstore. I bought him a bunch of gift certificates, which I hated doing, but they were mostly for services which are kind of hard to gift wrap. I bought him a GC to Rooster's Men's Grooming Center where he stopped yesterday on the way home for a head and face shave that spoiled him silly. I made a certificate for a Swedish relaxation massage from the Texas School of Massage since I didn't make it out there to actually buy one. I also bought him a Think Geek gift certificate, and I think he was more excited about that one than anything else. I wonder what he will buy with that? I'm thinking the Geek or Hacker work shirt will soon be making its way to his closet...
Dinner last night included my special meatloaf, mashed potatoes (with gravy for JP - yuck!), lemon pepper green beans, and we followed it up with pumpkin cake. We watched the first Harry Potter movie on Disney Channel with Mack, and then that was it for our partying.
Today, he and my baby sister Emily are at Oni-Con. He sent me a picture from the con of Emily and one of her friends.
Don't they look like they are having fun? I'm waiting for JP to send me a pic of him and Emily. I want to show off his newly shaved sexy bald head. LOL
