This morning I went to the gym to weightlift, even though I was still pretty tired from my run last night. It was a good workout for my arms. Most of my weights have gone up again, so I am sure that my arms will be sore tomorrow. I also did abs and I added some hanging abs. I felt strong doing them

I don't know, but they sure are uptight! At least they won't be getting my $28/night for a tent campsite.
