Tiss the season to be stressed out! I'm getting 2 massages this week, it'll be my birthday so I'll deface my face on Wednesday, my cars getting detailed for free tomorrow, and I also get a whole new hairdo tomorrow for free, so soon I will sound much much more cheery and less grinchy. But for now, I must vent:
Things that piss Jeni off:
*rich assholes who have the time and money and need for massage and just choose not to get them
*the HEB grocery store conglomerate in Texas
*Washington and Texan merging habits
*pointless massage classes and people who make up their own modalities or rip off others because they have no natural talent or imagination of their own and teach just to make more money
*the Texas State Department of Health
*airlines that only let chihuahua-type dogs in the cabin
*that one oblivious lady in the store that always stops in the middle of the isle and blocks 20 people at a time
*people who get mad at me for making them fill out health history forms before their massages .. especially when they are mad that it cuts into their massage time when they've already showed up 15 minutes late.
*the Texas speed limits and evil cops who earn their livings by pulling me and only me over
*dumb people
*when i can hear the neighbors' TV frequency. i hate that. Or our whiney computer fan in the middle of the night.
*work drama and my wussy ways of folding into whatever side is yakking my ear off most
*running out of clean socks on the one day you cant wear flip-flops.
*forgetting why you are so pissed off.
*making an appointment to get your blood drawn to make an easy $40 only to be told you have to be there for 3 full hours
*fluorescent lights that flicker
*more people who want happy ending massages than people who want legitimate ones
THINGS THAT MAKE IT ALL BETTER:
**dark chocolate peppermint ice cream with brownies, fudge and chocolate chips from Cold Stone
**PUPPIES!!!!
**Peppermint mocha's with Kahlua
**Retail Therapy at Target and Toys R Us playing with everything
**farting in the car with a bunch of boys and no-one cares.
**dead quiet alone-ness
