Podfic- Redemption

I probably don’t need to tell anyone how much I loved this story. Not only for the total devotion to family and love the boys have for each other...
but also you're so caught up in the boys an entire plot cleverly unfolds without even noticing.
I love the authors ability to set and entire scene and mood in my head with just a few words. I love beautiful desciptions and flowery writing but as an artist I also know that the biggest mistake people sometimes make is trying to fill in too many of the details- that our mind really only needs a bit of information and it’ll connect the rest. I think that holds especially true for writing as well.
There are scenes that everytime I think of this story will jump to the front of my mind. Like the hell-hounds at Sam’s fingertips and Sam in the devils trap at the end with Dean’s thoughts of cold oaks overlaying the scene. Beautifully done. There are so many others and I don’t want to ruin anything so I’ll leave it at that.
Well written gorgeous stories like this are what keep me sifting through all the crap that’s out there.
