Baby Recipes

I totally forgot to tell y'all about how to make some baby foods.

Bananas: You do not need to cook 'em. Just peel the bananas, and then put them in blender/food processor. You may add breastmilk and water if you'd like to. Then once you're finished, pour 'em in cubes and freeze 'em.

Pears: Peel the pears, and then cut them. Put 'em in steamer, and steam 'em. Once they're tender, you can put 'em in the blender/food processor. Add water if you want, but not much 'cause pear have some liquid already. Once you're finished, you can pour 'em in cubes and freeze 'em.

Mangoes: You don't need to cook 'em just like bananas. Cut 'em and put 'em in the blender/food processor. You can add water to make it more consistent. You do not need to add breastmilk in any fruit because fruits are usually sweet. Breastmilk would make it even more sweeter. Once you're finished, pour 'em in the cubes and store 'em in the freezer.

Now, I recently made peaches, and I forgot to mention that. I peeled peaches, and cut 'em up and then steamed 'em till they're tender. I put them in blender, and added some water. Then I put them in cubes and stored 'em in freezer.

I made carrots again since Jeni's Grandma Kim bought more than she needed for family dinner, and Jeni's already running out of peaches soon. After that, I will be making Stage 2 baby foods now that Jeni will be 8 months old soon. I will be able to feed Jeni some more vegetables and fruits such as brocoli, and I will be able to make meat as well. I will update on baby food recipes, as I make them.
