Hey there~
(I should get myself a proper icon, really...)
so the second week here is more than over but it already feels like it's been a lot more time here.
Without having anything special to do it seems kinda long, I guess.
But starting from Monday I'll have classes everyday and so I'll be busy from now on.
So today I went to some orientation at the university.
First we had a warm welcome for ALL foreign students who were accepted.
Therefore we...
...did not walk into a hall or something but just to the international office as there are only 4...FOUR... foreign students for this term!
So classes will be crowded, better not be late otherwise all seats are taken - I guess XD
Including our tutors.
I'm the tallest~
from left to right:
1 - Che; a korean girl who's an exchange student for half a year now. Our sempai so to say.
2 - me °,o~
3 - Caroline (from America)
3 - Ii.... I forgot her name T___T I'm sorry, she's also from America but actually Chinese
4 - my sister~
5 - Ayaka the tutor of #3 (I'm so sorry...)
6 - my tutor Akari; she's really kind and cute~
7 - Makie; my sisters' tutor
8 - Carolines tutor .... name...name.... X_X forgotten.... sorry
Akari and me °,o
(XD)
OK.... that was today, now I'll walk through the last week a little more.
As I can't really put together where I went on which day I'll just post the pictures and comment a little. ^_^"
but first of all look at that!
I bought 2 singles (because of the videos added on them; have't seen them so far! *_*) and an remix album for only 315yen!!! (at that time it's like 3€; yay~)
AS we're already moving this sunday this guy showed us the apartment.
This was the first time driving in a car in Tokyo and it was... exciting!
This guy who works at the company where you can rent share houses and apartments was driving so fast!
Normally you're allowed to drive around 50km/h but he was driving 70-80km/h most of the time @_@
Now we're going to live in a small apartment in Ikebukuro which is only one station away from the one in front of our University (well, it's still a 20 minutues walk from the station XD).
on this day I also used the metro for the first time.
See this barricade? Safety first! You can't actually fall on the tracks by accident! These white doors will open as soon as the train has stopped and opened it's doors.
The blue sign says: 'Keep to the right here'.
OK.... there's a wall on the right! óo....
awwww~ a sign which encourages you to move a bit closer to your neighbours!
'Please do it again' - I will! *_* and then everyone will be staring me down....
Even if I'm sitting in the train Japanese people try not to get too close to me anyways....
last one: 'please keep out'
Huh? I wanted to take the train ;__;
This is written next to the entrance 'gates' of the metro.
This last week Ive also went to Shibuya for the first time!
because the train-ticket is only valid until Harajuku we walked from Harajuku to Shibuya.
This is the Yoyogi National Stadium... it was really huge.
I'd like to see the inside~
Oh, a castle-like house! Must be rich people living in there...
(I don't know if it's a house you can live in....maybe Gackt does...)
Twintrucks!
In front of deal design.... such an expensive jewerllery store!
But they had some really nice items ;___;
I'd love to buy a necklace with a cat sitting in the moon with a crown above....
so pretty~
As shown on the right it's a CREAP store!! Yaaaay~
So I put all my money together and got myself a peach-creap....
well, compared to the picture it was really small and had only 3 tiny slices of peach inside of it.... <<"
my money!!! T___T what a waste... it was too sweet anywas... I'll think twice if I'll ever buy one again.
at least they had a nice little pink bin in their store saying:
'They will be resources if it devides
It will be garbage if it mixes.
Resources are limited.
However, there is no limit to ideas of human beings.'
....
*applause* Pink-Bin, you're doing it right!
Add for Domoto Koichis new album *_____* Handsome~
Disney Store!
Amazing building! *___*
The shop itself was really cute!
I really wanted to buy something from Chip'n' Dales ;~;
(one day! I'll be back!)
inside he store~
well, I hink it's prohibited to take photos inside of shops >-<""
next to the Disney Store there's the Pavilion Cinema.
And again BECK!! ;___; This movie is everywhere in Tokyo.
In front of Tower Records (huge CD/DVD/Mags store) there was Koichi again!
And Kanjani8~
I've suported their sales by buying their 'Life' single for a friend. XD
On that day there must've been some musicians in the store because people were standing in line and when some guys left the store suddenly some girls started to squeeeeeeee very loud!
once the traffic lights went green suddenly the street was full of people!
In the back some big posters of Biohazard/Resident Evil.
There are a lot around atm.
Hey!Say!JUMP and Ikuta Toma.
But I actually took this picture because of this Cafe:
In this Cafe Falcon was meeting up with J in Bloody Monday.
They also used this Cafe as a setting for Ryuusei no Kizuna!
Ahh~ I've always wanted to see this.
BUt I'd really like to go inside and sit next to the window. You can see one of Shibuyas big crossings very well from that place.
109! A really famous shopping mall for young people.
I think it's very crowded inside.... I think you can't really relax while shopping around there a little XD
But some stores had nice clothes. **
as I said, it's not allowed but I noticed that when I left the store XD
A guy with an interesting hairstyle.... I really like his hoodie, though.
Leo-print seems to be very fashionable at the moment.
Shibuya Gals. I think someone made some kind of reportage about them.
My sister and Charlotte are looking at them like WTF XD
Oh and that's another trend here:
winterboots! I've seen so many fur-boots already even though there are still around 30°.
and they are all SO thin! O___O
most girls in Tokyo are really thin! Sometimes it's scary but it seems to be normal.
I'm afraid that I have to live with the trousers I took with me because I won't fit into Japanese ones XD
Add for YamaP's One in a million single.
A song which I really like btw. *___*
Yesterday my sister and I went to our university for the first time to check out where it is and what the area looks like.
On that day we had rain and it was actually pretty OK, temperature-wise.
An add for the university at Mejiro station.
and in the corner up-left there is 'le coq sportif!!' *____*
so this is the main bulding rom the outside.
The campus itself is not really big ad it seems that there aren't so many student compared to other universities.
it's on a mountain! But fortunatly our way to the university is just straight and no hills at all~
in the faaaar back you can see buldings of Shinjuku.
At the side of the road someone left his umbrella...
well this neighborhood actally looked a lot like it has been used a drama.
These houses in which just one or two families live in, a small road and a little down-hill...
railways probably leading to Shinjuku, too.
oh! OHH! There's Miura Haruma again, next to the station of Meijiro.
After our visit in Mejiro we went on to walk a little through Harajuku.
Gotta catch 'em all!!
Miura Haruma! At the side of a bulding at Omotesando.
After walking up the Omotesando we turned left into Aoyama-doori and found the Avex Building!
*_* in front of that bulding AAA once played some funny games for some video extras.
While walking back to Harajuku Station we came across a Birkenstock shop!
There's even some German written on the sign outside!
Yay~
XD
Kimi ga odoru, Natsu! ;7; I'd love to see that movie~
(Igarashi and Daigo are also starring in it)
Btw this is the street next to our home (well, this will be like WAS the street soon)
The building.
Actually pretty big.
Our entrance
a really big butterfly in front of our home.
the hallway which leads to our room at the left side.
I think I'm going to miss this place a bit.
It's spacey and actaully kind of clean.
But in Ikebukuro the rent will be cheaper and also the train ticket will be cheaper as we're living closer to the university.
Therefor.... living in a really smal apartment will be OK, ...
at least I hope so.
OK, so long~
now I'll have ehm... dinner...
some russian-bread ^^"
