shannon, i am glad that my optimism has inspired you. i have no clue where this has come from, but i'm lovin it. i'm just so excited and feel like i've found what i've been missing...and for no apparent reason at all...it was just a choice, which is the greatest part--nothing external made this happen...it was me...how refreshing and truly empowering to finally understand this...so many people have told me time and time again that only you can truly make yourself happy--but now i actually understand.
