I now have the ugliest yard on the block. Yes, I am that neighbor. I was running in 2nd place, but my next door neighbor's dad paid for a new sprinkling system and sod. Last place is now in first. Oh sad day for me :( Perhaps one day I will learn the art of keeping my grass green. Does keeping it mowed give me some points at least?

This morning I went to a bridal shower for one of my high school friends. She is the last of all my HS friends to get married. Now I am the lone single girl. oh well. It was a pretty low key event. Yesterday when I got home from work these two little girls came over and asked if I had any work they could do for some money.
