This evening, I did something i hadn't done in quite some time- eat a chili dog!  with cheese tots.  and hot sauce.  Just one, though, was perfect.  I think the grease absorbs the extra alcohol one consumed the night before.  Anyway, what I also did was make a wiki page with some pics on it.
