I really need to go to bed early tonight. I have to fix my sleeping schedule. It's all mixed up. Most people do not fall asleep at 5 am. It's not natural. blaaah I don't know. I just know that I'm starting to feel the effects of 3 hours of sleep a night and it's not good. Even when I do get more than that it's only because I slept in until 3 or 4
