so. i was just walking down the street and i overheard a woman say to her son, "you can do all the good deeds you want, but if you don't worship god, you're going to hell." and it really bummed me out. i kind of think that's an awful thing to teach your child. then again, i guess it's thoughts like that that help the creators of godhatesfags.com and the like sleep at night.
