Open letter...Props to Melissatribe !!!
I stole this idea from Melissa in light of some recent events.
Here's my open letter.
Dear Todd Irwin,
Its been a while, a really long while. Time to catch up.
Remember in grade six how we used to sit beside each other? We always used to make fun of Madame Zakich-Ivanisevic in a nice way. Those years at Oliver Stephens Junior Public School, such distant memories huh?
We started there in 1995, almost 10 years ago man! I can't even believe that. A sold three years were spent there. Us agianst them. Us being the "real" cool people and falsely appointed cool people. That even led to highschool, although the battle lines began to diminish in highschool.
It was a silent battle, but everyone knew it was happening. If you ask me, I feel that the "real" cool people are the winners, we came out with a solid group of friends, people who love us for who we are and what we believe in. We don't have people that EXPECT us to be something, people that do things only because society dictates it.
I heard that you and Lainie were really happy. And I'm really happy that you and her were able to be together and I'm glad that you found 'the one'.
Now you can fly just has fast your wings will take you. So rest in peace Todd Irwin and enjoy the view.
