I rode in an elevator with Martin Landau today. He was very sweet. Later, my coworker said she had thought he was dead. He was the highlight of my day at work and reminded me that there really are nice people in L.A.
I guess it's just hard to find that genuineness in corporate life.
I was daydreaming today about quitting my job to work at Trader Joes so I can have energy to work on film. For now, I'm doing this but I hope to be out of this position soon. Everyone who knows my boss or has heard of her tells me to get out fast... I'm beginning to see why.
