There’s very little new network shows that I’m interested in this fall season. That’s fine because I have plenty of shows on streaming to watch. In some ways, it’s like the new fall season is a thing of the past. There are only two new shows I’m planning to check out.

Quantum Leap. Premieres 9/14. 10 pm EST on NBC. A sequel/reboot to the ‘90’s show ( Read more... )

I'm just totally overwhelmed with all the different streaming options. I finally figured out that if I watch my cable tv line up on the ipad through the Spectrum app, it doesn't have the separate streaming apps...I was totally confused about that forever. So, if you have HBO with your cable package, you can watch HBO on the iPad, but it's not streaming, it follows the program guide. You can watch some from On Demand, but if you want the streaming you have to buy HBO Max. (I know, somewhere, my technology know-how got lost over the past few years!) Now, I do have Apple TV+ and really got into the series 'For All Mankind' and I do have Disney+, but for the most part I watch things on Netflix and free things like Pluto TV. Might try out Paramount+ (since it has CBS shows) and/or Peacock+ for NBC.

I need to catch up with Ghosts, it looked pretty good, but I never took time to watch it. Also have The Witcher in my watch list. I'm hung up on all the 'reality' shows on Netflix for now..Glow Up (make up artists), Blown Away (glass blowers), British Bake Off, School of Chocolate (new, only one season so far). Oh. and also on Netflix - The Squid Game.
