For however busy today was, I hope that tomorrow is a calm and peaceful day at work. My supervisor's off to Portland to attend a talk by a well-known speaker, and so she's not in tomorrow.
Today, a bunch of professors that weren't tenured participated in a walk-out, taking their classes outside of the classrooms. Meaning that this one particular professor asked us to checkout the classroom laptops to her class, so that they could still have class in SecondLife on the computer. Two rounds of that later, and a quick run to buy some food (finger food: cheese and veggie sticks), I had to join the others in the interviewing process, like that which has been going on for every week since the 3rd week of March. Hopefully this only lasts a few more weeks. We had about 14 interviewees today...
Then, I still went to DDR with
whitelilacs for a little bit.
According to the schedule, there's only one class that is having a few different sections in one classroom, and then the other rooms don't have any reservations, so hopefully... a good day tomorrow.
