Forgot to mention, I've been participating in the Battle of the Bands contests that I can [that is, ones that don't require a guitar/bassist--though I will at some point need to briefly borrow the use of each so I can purchase not-shit guitars/basses for my stand-ins], and for the most part the other bands' names are uninspired at best ( Read more... )

I know some folks swear by Premiere, but I learned After Effects in the greatest depth and haven't had any incentive to switch, although a complete lack of codecs means I finally had to upgrade.
