Few things I forgot in my migraineness:
-
high school kids are mean-
Warp Dr. The first is depressing as hell, and it makes me want to have kids even less than I already do, because I don't think I could ever put a child through that potential abuse. [or live with myself if somehow my kid became a bully, even though in that case I'd have a better chance of stopping the abuse] I swear that stories like these have made my migraine worse out of pseudo-sympathy >_< BODY, THAT IS NOT AN APPROPRIATE WAY TO SHOW SOLIDARITY
[I can only figure I still have fixations on high school because I'm still trying to "redo" it, even though I emerged relatively unscathed.]
The second is more lighthearted, involving a guy we saw on Sunday who stopped his car at a barricaded part of the road, turned on his flashers, got out, and took a photo of the street sign. Turns out the name change from Steeplechase to Warp is pretty new, so I guess I'm not *too* surprised--would be more surprised if that's been there for years and years.
C has also signed up with my temp agency, so as soon as someone reviews his stuff and gives him a call, maybe he'll be getting the jobs I can't do =p [or not]
EDIT: went back to normal price, oh well! =/ Also there is also an MP3 download of
Now That's What I Call Music Vol. 41 that's hilariously priced at $0.25. I don't know if it's intentional or not [it's under $7.99 albums but registers as $0.25 on my balance], but if there's even one song on there you like, might as well jump on it!
