3043.4: Free Bird
So I saw a carrion bird on the way in! Size reference:

Didn't realize what it was eating until I resized the photo =( but... haven't seen any of these guys in the area! They're BIG! o_O [not as big as vultures, maybe, but it's not often I see birds larger than ravens around] Char says it's a peregrine falcon, but that doesn't look quite right... any hints what it is?
