My parents' house is frigid. I think my dad intends to preserve himself by freezing.
I made spaghetti and it was really good. I love mushrooms and I used a ton of fresh ones. My family needs to eat these brownies because If I start eating them, I will keep eating them until they are gone. And then I will go into a coma.
I'm really meaning to study Korean. Seriously. I even bought index cards so I can start memorizing the alphabet. I'm starting to read. it's encouraging. I think the most daunting thing about Korean (or any eastern language) is that there is nothing to compare it to. The Romance Languages all have almost identical letters, while The eastern languages are all unique script. And cognates are difficult to find. But I will persevere! I have a pen pal already, and she seems like a total dear.
I want to try Korean food! Bulgogi and Kimchi all seem really fantastic. I wonder what life will be like with food more based on rice and fish. At least I like seafood; Scott doesn't care for it too much. There's always beef, I guess.
I also want a Vespa.
