So, it's friday.
It's been an ok week. Lots of hub-bub in the news. Some I agree with, some I don't. You know how it goes, good news, bad news, no news is sometimes the best news.
Got stuff done. Some stuff will be left unfinished.
Getting the resistor in my car replaced today, so, I'll have something besides full blast.
And yes, the car has been renamed to Red.
I think I will roast a chicken tomorrow.
I will baste it in butter and glaze it with OJ and Thyme...maybe Sage.
I will also roast carrots and parsnips.
Spinach too, and since today is Pie Day, I will make a apple pie in it;s honor.
I know, it'll be a day late...but, what?
You think Pie is gonna be around long enough to hold a grudge?
